Automatic pasta cutter model TQ250

The machine can produce any pasta type, like tagliatelle, tagliolini, spaghetti alla chitarra, pappardelle, regional specialties, dough-sheet for lasagne and cannelloni and sheets for other purposes.

It is composed as follows:
- a pair of adjustable stainless steel laminating rollers to obtain the requested dough-sheet thickness
- interchangeable cutting unit to obtain pasta of different width values
 - rotating adjustable speed knife for tagliatelle, spaghetti alla chitarra, pappardelle, dough-sheet etc.
-stainless steel base and frame
- the frame is made of anodised cast aluminium
- speed-change unit
- electrical cabinet and function control panel, with safety devices in compliance with the EC standards in force

The TQ250 produces up to 168 Kgs. / hour of long laminated flat pasta shapes, in different widths. The machine comes with 3 pasta dies with widths on your choice. Electrical equipment 220 / 400 V - 3 phases - 50 / 60 Hz., completely rebuilt, guaranteed 1 year, CE and USDA approved.
