Line for the pasteurization of filled pasta - Hourly production from 250 up to 400 Kg.

The line is made up of the following units:

1) Pasteurizer feeding conveyor belts

2) Pasteurizer model SPA610VD, electrical power 1.2 kW, thermal power 120400 cal/h (140 kW), belt width mm. 1000, pasteurization room length mm. 6000, overall dimensions mm. 10163 x 1600 x 2210 (h), total weight 1000 kg

3) SNZ model elevator belt

4) Pre-dryer - Cooler model SIR4105-A

The line is built entirely in stainless steel and has the following characteristics:

- pasteurization belt speed adjustable from 1 to 3.3 meters / minute

- speed of the pre-dryer belt adjustable from 0.65 to 1.95 meters / minute

- speed of the cooling belt adjustable from 0.43 to 1.3 meters / minute

- pasteurization room temperature from 96 to 99° C

- internal temperature of the pre-dryer from 65 to 70° C

- internal temperature of the cooler +3° C

- pasteurization time from 1'50" to 5'30"

- pre-drying time from 3'40" to 10'55"

- cooling time from 7'58" to 24'

A steam generator suitable for this line is available, but not included in the indicated price.
