Automatic Pasta Extruder Dominioni Punto & Pasta model P200

Continuous cycle machine for the production of fresh pasta of different sizes, e.g. maccheroni, fusilli, tagliatelle, spaghetti, etc., with or without eggs and suitable for being dried. The machine can also produce dough-sheet of any thickness for lasagne, cannelloni and to feed the forming machines. Thanks to the machine flexibility, pasta made of flour or durum wheat flour and special pasta types can be manufactured.

It is composed as follows:
- double kneading tank; the rear electrical tilting tank can continuously produce mixes; stainless steel blade shafts, which can be easily removed and cleaned
- electronic adjustable knife
- refrigerating group for extrusion head cooling
- stainless steel structure
- electrical control cabinet, in compliance with the safety norms
- control panel for all functions
- external independent drive

Hourly output: from Kgs. 180 up to Kgs. 330.

The machine comes with 2 new pasta dies, with shape on your choice; see available shapes at https://www.allpastashapes.com. The machine is supplied with a product outfeed belt, width mm. 400, length mm. 1500 and heights mm. 500 and 900. Electrical equipment 220 / 400 V - 3 phases - 50 / 60 Hz., completely rebuilt, guaranteed 1 year, CE and USDA approved.
