This machine is fitted with a single kneading basin and is good for the production of middle quantities of stuffed pasta (ravioli, cannelloni, etc.) extruded (spaghetti, maccheroni, fusilli, penne, etc.) tagliatelle and dough for lasagne. It is good for pasta shops, factories, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets. Built with high quality materials, it is possible to make a lot ok kinds of pasta by changing the moulds. It produces 60 Kgs. / hour of double sheet ravioli, 50 Kgs. / hour of tagliatelle and 30 Kgs. / hour of extruded pasta.
