This machine produces pasta sheets, width mm. 500; the production zone is separated by mechanical units, it has a sturdy construction and a production capacity of Kgs. 500 / hour.

The sheeter-kneader model A/500 is especially suited to medium- large-scale industrial pasta plants. Suitable for continuous processing of lasagna sheets, long-cut pasta and filled pasta.

Technical characteristics:

• Can be fed with dough prepared by different units 
• Stainless steel electrical panel, structure, compression rollers and kneading rollers
• Dough kneading system with three horizontal kneading rollers with automatic compression control (to prevent breakages caused by foreign objects falling into the machine)
• Separate motor drives for the tank shaft, kneading rollers and laminating rollers by means of inverters

Electrical equipment 220 / 400 V - 3 phases - 50 / 60 Hz., completely rebuilt, guaranteed 1 year, CE and USDA approved.
